This Privacy Policy describes how Noel Dario Andres – Digital Solutions (“we”, “our”, or “us”) collects, uses, and protects personal information when users interact with the Mix & Match Collector Shop Mini inside the Shop app by Shopify.

By using this Mini, you agree to the practices described in this Policy.

2. What Data We Access

When you use the Mix & Match Collector Mini, we may access or process the following information, as permitted by the Shop Mini SDK:

Shop User Data: Anonymous or pseudonymous identifiers provided by Shopify (e.g. user ID token).
Interaction Data: Your selected or opened product cards, collected packs, and progress state (stored locally on your device or via Shopify’s Mini storage API).
Product Data: Public product information (images, titles, prices) retrieved from Shopify’s catalog API.

We do not collect payment details, addresses, phone numbers, or any sensitive personal data.

3. How We Use Data

We use the information described above only to:

Display product cards, packs, and collections;
Save your in-Mini progress (e.g., which cards you’ve collected);
Improve game and performance experience;
Provide analytics in aggregate and anonymous form to improve functionality.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your data, nor use it for advertising or profiling.

4. Data Storage & Retention

Your collection progress and preferences are stored locally on your device or in Shopify’s secure Mini storage. We do not permanently store personal data on our own servers. If you stop using the Mini or uninstall the Shop app, your data is automatically deleted or becomes inaccessible.

5. Third-Party Services

This Mini may use a backend API hosted on api.noel.marketing to randomize pack contents. All communications are encrypted (HTTPS). No third parties receive any personal data.

6. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect data in transit and at rest. We continuously review and improve our security practices.

7. Your Rights
