FounderFolio is a premium, CMS-free Astro portfolio theme for founders, operators, and independent consultants. It feels considered and editorial while staying fast, accessible, and inexpensive to host.
The demo walks through identity, proof points, selected work, services, notes, and contact so you can evaluate the full narrative, then replace copy, metrics, and imagery with your own.
Work, notes, and contact
Routes cover Home, About, Work with dynamic case studies, Notes with article pages, Contact, plus imprint and privacy templates. Projects and notes are defined in src/data/site.ts — add a slug and Astro generates the route, sitemap entry, and llms.txt listing.
Brand tokens live in vanilla CSS. Fonts are self-hosted via Fontsource. The contact page uses a direct email link and optional calendar URL, so it works on any static host without a backend.
