This Privacy Policy describes how Noel Dario Andres – Digital Solutions (“we”, “us”) collects and processes personal data when you visit noel.marketing, use our contact form, subscribe to our newsletter, or purchase digital products through our website.

2. What data we collect
Depending on how you interact with the site, we may process:
- Contact details (name, email, optional company, website, project type, budget, message) when you use the contact form.
- Newsletter data (email address and related subscription metadata) when you sign up via our Kit (ConvertKit) popup or forms.
- Usage data in aggregated form via our analytics tool (pages visited, referrer, device type — no ad profiles when Umami is used).
- Purchase and billing data when you buy a digital product — payment is handled by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record (see section 7).
- Technical data in server logs (e.g. IP address, timestamp, requested URL) for security and operations.
- Consent preferences (your cookie/category choices) stored locally in your browser.
We do not operate a customer login, cart, or shop account on this website.

4. Analytics (Umami)
We use Umami, a privacy-friendly analytics tool. Umami is loaded only after you consent to the Analytics category in our cookie banner.
When enabled, Umami does not set marketing cookies and does not build ad profiles. Processing is aggregated. Campaign attribution (UTM parameters) may be stored in your browser session for checkout and contact attribution only when Analytics is enabled.
5. Cookies, local storage & consent
We use a cookie consent banner so you can accept or reject optional categories before non-essential tools load.

We may also store recently viewed products in localStorage on your device to show relevant suggestions on the newsletter thank-you page. This is first-party UX storage, not used for ad profiling.
You can change your choices anytime via Cookie settings in the footer.
6. Newsletter (Kit / ConvertKit)
Our newsletter and some signup popups are provided by Kit (formerly ConvertKit), operated by Kit.com.
When you subscribe, Kit processes your email address and subscription events (e.g. confirmation, opens/clicks) in Kit’s systems. The Kit popup script and related cookies load only after you consent to the Marketing category.

We do not add contact-form inquiries to the newsletter without separate consent.
7. Purchases via Lemon Squeezy
Digital products (themes, components, templates, etc.) are sold and billed through Lemon Squeezy. Lemon Squeezy is merchant of record and processes payment and billing data in its own capacity.

- We receive only the information needed for delivery, support, and accounting (e.g. email, product purchased).
Shopify apps are not sold on this website but through the Shopify App Store. Shopify’s terms and our app privacy policy apply.
8. Contact form & email
Form data is used to handle your request and is not used for marketing without your consent. Requests may be forwarded via an email provider (e.g. Resend) or webhook (e.g. n8n) solely to process your message.
9. Retention
- Contact inquiries: until resolved, then deleted or anonymised unless legal retention applies.
- Newsletter: until you unsubscribe or object.
- Consent records: stored locally in your browser until you clear site data or change settings.
- Server logs: typically a few weeks unless longer retention is required for security.
- Purchase records: as required by tax and commercial law.
10. Sharing with third parties
We share data only when necessary for contract performance, legally required, or with your consent — e.g. with:
- Lemon Squeezy (payment, licence delivery)
- Kit / ConvertKit (newsletter, when you subscribe)
- Hosting/infrastructure providers (operating the website)
- Email/automation providers (handling contact requests)
We do not sell your data.
11. International transfers
Some providers may process data outside the EEA. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (e.g. standard contractual clauses).
12. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, delete, restrict processing, data portability, and to object. Contact: info@noel.marketing.
You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
13. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures. Absolute security cannot be guaranteed — do not send highly sensitive data over insecure channels.

We may update this policy when our website, tools, or legal requirements change. The current version is always available on this page.
