Refund Policy

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving reasons. We grant this voluntarily to all customers — whether you act as a consumer or a business.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the contract is concluded.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw, we will refund all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day we received your withdrawal notice.

We use the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless agreed otherwise. You will not be charged fees for the refund.

Purchases via Lemon Squeezy can also be raised through your Lemon Squeezy receipt or the contact page.

Exclusion or early expiry

The withdrawal right expires early for digital content not supplied on a physical medium if we began performance after you expressly agreed that we start before the withdrawal period ends and you confirmed that you lose your withdrawal right when performance begins.

In practice: once you start the download after giving that consent, your withdrawal right expires.

Technical defects

If a product does not work as described on the product page and we cannot fix it, we will refund the purchase price — typically within 14 days of your report.
