A modular portfolio theme with content-first structure
Framewise is a premium Astro theme for designers and studios who want a portfolio and blog with strong typography, modular homepage sections, and dark/light mode — without committing to a full agency page tree. Work leads. The blog supports editorial content second.
One site.config.ts file controls branding, navigation, hero copy, stats, services, FAQ, and testimonials. That keeps rebranding fast after purchase.
What is included
Framewise includes home, projects index and detail, blog index and detail, about, RSS, and a custom 404 page.
Projects live in src/content/projects/. Blog posts are in src/content/blog/. Homepage sections are modular components you can reorder or omit.
React islands where they matter
Framewise uses React 19 via @astrojs/react for interactive islands while the core experience remains static Astro. Motion adds considered animation. Dark and light mode toggle without flash.
Type-safe content collections validate frontmatter at build time.
Built on a static-first Astro stack
Framewise is built with Astro 6.4, React 19, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS v4, MDX, Motion, sitemap, and RSS. Open Graph and Twitter meta ship out of the box.
There is no required CMS or backend. Commercial single-use license terms are in LICENSE.md.
Customization workflow
Update src/site.config.ts for branding and homepage content. Add projects and blog posts as collection files. Swap images through Astro’s asset pipeline. Replace demo FAQ, testimonials, and stats with real buyer content before publishing.
